Samina recently appeared as Dr. Kumar on UrbanflixTV's new scripted series, COCAINE SISTERS. She also recurred as Professor Bennett on the debut season of Brat TV’s hit show, CHICKEN GIRLS: COLLEGE YEARS. Samina continues to act in short films (ANOSMIA, RISE AND SHINE) and played lead roles on stage in AN EVENING REPAST and VICE. She is also a company member of LOFT ENSEMBLE, an award-winning theatre company based in the NoHo Arts District, and a volunteer with FILM2FUTURE, a nonprofit that delivers professional-level filmmaking programs for under-served teenagers in Los Angeles. A former broadcast journalist and lawyer, Samina is an avid archer, dog mom and sci-fi fan.
